This binder empowers both parties to play an active role in maintaining the firm’s technology. The binder is stored at the client location and preserves the firms’ historical IT records, as well as defining measurable results, outline solutions, streamlining technical support and defining the technology vision for the future for the client.

This first section is an evolving area that reflects the current configuration of your network and IT environment. At the conclusion of every project we update this document to reflect the revised environment. This is a one-stop location to access all your computer network related information. A Visio diagram of your network configuration (graphical explanation of your network) is included in this section.
ProActive Care contains your 90 minute service level agreement and the 4 ways to contact us. Each client receives a Monthly Server Check Up report which is stored in this binder for you and your dedicated engineer to reference when needed. This document is a great diagnostic tool for monitoring the health of your server. Preventative check ups reduce down time!
ProActive CIO is your access to high level planning and guidance. Your CIO helps you assess the network, budget, outline solutions and implement new projects. In addition, we manage your technology vendors.
ProActive Clouds gives you access to innovative alternatives to traditional IT solutions. The Cloud helps you reduce backup costs, server infrastructure costs, and creates a disaster recovery platform.
This section contains information on past or ongoing issues that may be critical to future problem resolution.
