RELATIONSHIP BINDER™

Standard and Premium clients receive the ProActive Way Relationship Binder, which is the foundation of the ProActive Way system. This binder empowers both parties to play an active role in maintaining the firm’s technology. The binder is stored at the client location and preserves the firms’ historical IT records, as well as defining measurable results, streamlining technical support and defining the technology vision for the future for the client.

The ProActive Way Relationship Binder consists of 8 sections:

1. ProActive Way™:
Overview of the ProActive Way System and also includes each client's Annual Survey results.

2. ProActive View™:
ProActive View contains your IT Assessment and budget results or what we call the technology roadmap. The ProActive view is an important tool used for budgeting and planning purposes.

3. ProActive Care™:
ProActive Care contains your service level agreement. Each client receives a Monthly Server Check Up report which is stored in this binder for you and your dedicated engineer to reference when needed. This document is a great diagnostic tool for monitoring the health of your server. Preventative check ups reduce down time!

4. ProActive Project™:
ProActive Project outlines the process we follow for every project. It contains project deliverables and Post Project Check List which you receive upon completion of a project. This provides a status update on each of the project deliverables.

5. ProActive Manager™:
ProActive Manager outlines the process we follow for managing your IT environment and vendors. We store “New User Forms” and “Vendor Contact Forms” here.

6. Configuration & Diagram:
This an evolving area that reflects the current configuration of your network and IT environment along with a Visio diagram of your network configuration (graphical explanation of your network). At the conclusion of every project we update this document to reflect the revised environment. This is a one-stop location to access all your computer network related information.

7. Solutions:
This section contains a copy of your project proposals. This is a historical reference so you can review all past projects, their costs and timing etc.

8. Notes:
This section contains information on past or ongoing issues that may be critical to future problem resolution.
