The ProActive Way™ is the business philosophy and process we follow with each client relationship. The ProActive Way is the foundation of your relationship with ProActive and ensures our team excels at Responsiveness, Communication, Planning, Follow up, Educating Clients & Results.





Every client receives a relationship binder which is tailored to their unique business environment. We follow best practices proven to be effective over our 7 years of servicing small business clients and hope you find our approach to be valuable and efficient. We realize that small businesses do not have an abundance of resources, so they need things done efficiently, right the first time and produce results.




The ProActive Way™ relationship binder is a core part of your partnership with ProActive. This binder is maintained on-site at your place of business and is a historical record of the work ProActive does for you.





The ProActive Way™ relationship binder consists of 8 tabs:





1. Documentation:



Contains the current configuration of your network and computer environment, along with important contact information on your key vendors. At the conclusion of every project we update this document to reflect the revised environment. This is a one-stop location to access all your computer related information.





2. Proposals:


Contains a copy of all your project proposals. This is a resourceful, historical reference so you can review all past projects, their costs and timing etc.





3. ProActive View™:


Contains your ProActive View Assessment so you can review the estimates vs. actual, on a regular basis. The ProActive view is an important tool used for budgeting and planning purposes.





4. ProActive Care™:


Contains your service level agreement. Clients on our ProActive Care plan, receive a “Monthly Server Check Up” document which is stored here for you and your dedicated engineer to reference when needed. This document is a great diagnostic tool to monitor the health of your server. Preventative check ups reduce down time.





5. ProActive Project™:


Outlines the process we follow for every project and contains the “Post Project Check List” which you receive on completion of each project. This provides you with a status update on each of the project deliverables.





6. ProActive Manager™:


Outlines ProActive Manager and the process we follow in Vendor selection, coordination and management. All relevant vendor contracts and contact information is stored here for easy access.





7. Diagrams:


Contains a current Visio drawing of your computer network, which is a graphical explanation of your network. This document is updated each time there is an addition and subtraction to your computer network.





8. Notes:


Contains notes on past or ongoing issues that may be critical to future problem resolution.
