ProActive View provides you with a Technology Roadmap for your business.

Our process uses proprietary tools to assess your computer environment. The results provide you with a status update on the state of your computer assets, which in turn helps you budget for items that need to be upgraded/replaced in the future. Our clients find this an invaluable service to help them predict IT expenditure and better manage cash flow throughout the year. ProActive View is also a great tool to identify areas of concern so that these issues can be addressed before they become major problems.

The ProActive View™ Process:

Each year a ProActive Consultant, as part of the ProActive Way service, will conduct 3 processes.

1. Annual Client Feedback meeting to discuss our performance.

2. Conduct IT Assessment (Review Facility, Network, Internet, PCs, Applications &
    Users).

3. Formulate an annual Budget.

4. ProActive produces a report based on IT Assessment that includes a client
    Scorecard with rating, comments, issues, and recommendations.

5. Meet to discuss IT Assessment & Budget.

6. Final documentation is stored in the ProActive Way Relationship Binder for
    reference.

We recommend reviewing ProActive View analysis on a quarterly basis.
