The ProActive Project™ Process:

1. Initial meeting to listen and understand client requirements and define the scope of
    the work.

2. Based on initial meeting, a proposal is produced within 48 hours (or within agreed
    upon time/date).

3. Review proposal with you to address all questions.

4. Client authorization to begin project.

5. Planning & preparation work begin:
    - Order Equipment.
    - Communicate with all vendors.
    - Client fills out the Client Planning Sheet.

6. ProActive Engineer begins execution of the project plan:
    - Meet with PNC resources to delegate responsibilities.

7. Interim Management meeting to check on progress and quality of work.

8. Post Project:
    - Documentation & diagrams are inserted into this Relationship Binder.
    - Post Project Check List status is completed.
    - Schedule client meeting.
    - Meet with you to review the original proposal and Post Project Check List.
    - Demo any new features the project added.
    - Client signs off that project is complete.
